Well, it’s semi-official. After a two year hiatus (see also here), we’re reconvening in Hudson, Ohio for HudGar 2008. This year we plan to pull out all the stops for this now-biennial event. In addition to a hefty supply of our regular staples, we’re considering 4-5 of the following bad boys:

With plane tickets purchased and time off from work confirmed, I think we can safely say that Hudgar 2008 is OFFICIAL now. We’ll be going to an Angels vs Indians game on Friday evening to really kick off the festivities right. Unfortunately, Progressive Field now bans smoking throughout the entire facility.
“In response to the passing of Issue 5, Progressive Field will become a smoke free facility. In accordance with the “Smoke Free Ohio” law Progressive Field is now totally SMOKE FREE. Our interpretation of Chapter 3794 of the Ohio Revised Code has brought us to the conclusion that for Progressive Field to comply with the rules set forth in accordance with the new law the ballpark must become completely smoke free.”
